Expansion Sales Assistant for our International Company

Your work will help us spread our courses in your country. We already have regional demand for our courses and applicants to become instructors but in order to expand continously we need sales power. You will help us test our sales and marketing techniques and progress locally.
Where we already hired an Expansion Sales Assistant:
We are a fast-growing company from Hradec Králové in the Czech Republic. Currently, we operate in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, but also in Sweden, the UK, Poland and Hungary. We are looking for experienced colleagues who will help us develop.
You will work with our expansion Sales Manager. Help him test various target groups, and give us direct feedback about local customer needs. This is a diverse job that requires the ability of fast learning and a high degree of flexibility.
We offer a part-time or flexible full-time job, ideal for candidates seeking for homeoffice and remote work. The position is great for its time flexibility, and the possibility of growing to other positions within our company.

- Basic experience with sales (courage to pick up the phone and call)

- Daily Cold Calling (For first few months)
- Demanded quota: Minimum 6 calls / every hour

You'll become our representative, the ones who make the first impression, therefore we carefully select who we hire.
- We're a Call Centre
We try to do sales smart and keep a friendly atmosphere - you don't need to worry that there'll be someone measuring the time of your calls or supervising how fast you can dial. We won't do these!
- Market research:
Different companies need different courses. We are constantly testing new products and new target groups to find the ideal match.
- Contacting new companies and sell:
Whenever we run a course and we get a great reference, we quickly contact other companies for which this course can be also suitable.
- Satisfaction questionnaires
More than 90% of companies that pass our courses are enthusiastic, the others only satisfied. This is because we are constantly collecting feedback from our clients and asking them where we could improve.
- Documents and pricing
After each call or meeting, the trader must prepare an offer or catalog for the interested clients.
